Badge Reel Information:
- All badge reels are Handmade by me and made to order.
- The acrylic measures 2-2.5 inches wide.
- Alligator swivel badge reel.
- The vinyl is sealed with high-quality UV resin, protecting it from fading or peeling over time.
Care Instructions:
- Make sure not to hit the reel against hard surfaces or drop them to prevent breakage.
- It is Recommended not to leave your badge reel in hot places, such as inside a vehicle. Long exposure to heat can potentially damage the acrylic material.
- To clean your badge reel, use a soft damp cloth with mild soap. Gently wipe the surface and Avoid using alcohol or bleach, as they may damage the material.
- The max weight a standard badge reel should hold is about 2 oz.(2-3 ids).
- f you have multiple IDs or other items attached to your badge reel, it can put strain on the nylon cord and potentially cause it to stop working over time and I will not be responsible for potential damage.
*ONLY, If your badge reel stops working within 30 days of delivery and you have followed the proper care instructions, and have shown proof of why/when it stopped working, I will replace it.
*After the initial 30-day period, there are no refunds/returns for any reason.

SHIPPING TIME:( Time it takes for orders to be delivered): The Estimate of most orders shipped through USPS AND UPS is 2-7 business days. Crafty Stitches has no control over packages and the time it takes to be delivered once orders have been dropped off.
-Orders will be dropped off within 24-48 business hours once you receive that shipping/tracking number email.
-Please double check you have entered the correct shipping address including the Apartment Number. If the package is returned to Crafty Stitches you will have to pay the $8 label fee to have it re shipped.
